    You could use parchment paper. Even with the ridiculous amount of Olive Oil I use, it still sticks to the pan without parchment paper

    Hard to go wrong with using a naked sheetpan, a sheetpan collar and olive oil on all exposed surfaces.

    When i make focaccia i always butter the pan first and then liberally oil it. I read it on alexandracooks i think. Ive never had one stick.

    feel like a metal tray would be a better option for focaccia, no?
